My boss just came in to try to "pump me up" for my recruiting efforts that officially commence today. It totally wasn't awk at all. Nope. Not at all.
I have an appointment to check out my lady bits today at lunch. Is it weird that I paid extra special attention shaving this morning? Uhhhh, Don?
The wedding planning has officially begun. Holy wow this is intense. I'm scared.
Cubs Opening Day is TODAY! Woop! GO CUBS GO!!
Fiji's been sick with the flu for the past several many days. While I hate for him to be sick, I kinda secretly love taking care of him. Like, a lot.
This post is so lame. I suck at life and living.

You will always love your ring, but never more than the first couple of months post-engagement. Obsess away!
That rock is HUGE and GORGEOUS, AND YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED!
Good luck with the planning. I'm sure you'll have some fun adventures to fill us in on...
First, the ring is gorgeous and you should be taking pictures of it because, um, well, it's GORGEOUS!
Second, paying special attention to shaving before lady bits doctor appointments is not weird. Or, if it is, then I'm weird too.
If I were you, I'd be taking a gatrillion pictures of my rock.
Also, I totally make sure I'm shaved impeccably for an GYN appointment. My ex used to think I loved my doctor more than him! lol
And also, I went to a Cubs game at Wrigley last year and it was, quite possibly, one of the best nights EVER. A must for any hardcore baseball fan.
Yay wedding planning, yay! It can be fun, for REALS, if you don't let it get too overwhelming. I have been enjoying myself waaay more than I thought I would be.
And nice rock!
Hooray, ring! I cannot wait until I can waste hours staring at a diamond. Annnny day now.

This reminds me of the episode of The Office where Dwight goes into the stairwell to "pump himself up" for his performance review. Heh.
I seriously love that ring. Does it feel WEIRD, like you're getting it caught on stuff and whatnot? I remember feeling that way when I first got mine. Then again, I can't be trusted with nice stuff, so that's just me.

c) As others have stated, I hope you do discuss the planning, as it's not weird and from reading your blog it sounds like you and Fiji would have really original and thoughtful ideas, and I, for one, like that and would want to here it.

Also, Tessie, the pump up included a fist pump, so do with that what you will. AND OMG I am uber paranoid about BREAKING my ring all the time! Like, for instance, washing my hands, drying my hands, taking off my coat/shirt, breathing on it, LOOKING AT IT. You know. Regular life motions. So that's nice.
